I wanted to convey a fleeting kind of moment using the figure and color.  A lot of us don’t have the luxury to just sit and feel things, we just have to keep on moving.  I had some time to think about my own emotions as I made these while I was coming out of a depressive funk.  After experiencing only a void/negative-thoughts and then finally slowly regaining other emotions,  I found that these other feelings were more vibrant though small as if they were coins that were released in a large cavernous room and they echo, trying to surface and make their unique sound.
