This is my first time exploring New York and I am glad I had a little time to sketch the Statue of Liberty.  It’s the biggest statue I have ever sketched and it was a great experience walking around like a little artist ant;  Actually it feels that way all around New York except Central Park.  I would have liked to have done more drawing, but we were always on the go and as Benjamin Franklin said, “time is money.”
